2:00 pm: Pet therapy – A trained therapy animal will visit the facility, providing residents with an
opportunity to interact and cuddle with the animal.

6:00 pm: Cooking class – Residents can participate in a cooking class where they can learn how
to prepare a new dish and enjoy the meal together.

  • 10:00 am: Exercise class – A certified fitness instructor will lead a low-impact exercise class for
    residents to improve their physical health and mobility.
  • 2:00 pm: Bingo – Residents can enjoy a game of bingo with prizes.
  • 6:00 pm: Movie night – A movie will be screened in the activity room for residents to enjoy.
  • 10:00 am: Gardening – Residents can participate in a gardening activity, planting and caring for flowers and vegetables.
  • 2:00 pm: Art therapy – A licensed art therapist will lead a session where residents can express themselves through art.
  • 6:00 pm: Karaoke night – Residents can sing along to their favorite songs and participate in group performances.

    Tuesday

    • Dinner: Baked tilapia with lemon and herbs, mixed vegetables and brown rice
